EvE Online does okay. They get a lot of flak, but there are only 20-30 thousand users online at any given time and (I think) the GMs are only human. They've responded within a few days to my complaints/issues, usually in a courteous and efficient manner.

Pirates of the Burning Seas, however, has yet to establish an apparent online prescence with its GMs. They have a /support link, haven't tried it yet, as I really haven't run into any serious bugs or contentious issues - yet.

WoW has some pretty fun GMs, I love it whenever I get a GM response to one of my queries. They always have some sort of odd entrance, and are usually rather humorous.

Tabula Rasa has some really good GMs.

AO has the best GMs ive met.

WoW has horrible GM's

DDO's GM's aren't really funny, but I get responses in about 5 minutes and they're very accomodating.

CoX had amazing GMs when I played it. Response times were fast and they were always helpful.

Had really good experience with DDO GMs.

Not so good experience with CoX GMs, almost made me want to quit a few times with canned "working as intended" responses.

TR has good GM's. Petition the problem and you have an answer usually within minutes with good results.

I've played almost every MMO out there, and without a doubt, Tabula Rasa GM's are the best. No contest.

I've been playing MMO's since opening day of UO. The only game that I have seen the GM's get actively involved in is Tabula Rasa.

Tabula Rasa's GM's are so quick to help that an hour wait now seems unreasonable to some players :) Even better, more often than not they actually CAN help then and there rather than pass the buck to developers.

I have never seen GMs more friendly, fast, and who will log in and get involved than I have with Tabula Rasa. They are the best GMs in any MMO I have ever played.

I've played UO, EQ, EQII, WoW, DDO and now Tabula Rasa. Without a doubt, my best GM experiences have been with the TR staff. Not only do they make sure you're problem is solved but they pay attention to the community boards so they can find out what problems people are talking about.

I've been playing MMOs since Ultima Online Beta 2. I've played EverQuest, WoW, and many others along the way.

By FAAAAAAAAAAR the most caring, fastest reponding, friendliest, and best GMs I've ever experienced in an MMO have been the GM's of Tabula Rasa. No B.S. No Hype. Simply the evaluative truth. I've TALKED personally with more staff in game in Tabula Rasa than any of my MMO experiences combined.

Far and away, Tabula Rasa has set the highest standards for GM support. Response time, humor, friendliness, capability, helpfulness, all of it.

having played way too many MMO's in the past, I have to say Tabla Rasa has hands down the best GM's I've ever encountered.

Every day I play there's always a GM chatting it up in general chat with people (being informative while being funny, it's awesome), and the /petition has gotten me replies to all of my problems in less than an hour (usually like 3 minutes max) with someone ready to fix/assist with the problem, and then help further down the line. For example, I was playing a character and one of my quests bugged, so I sent in a petition and GM_John answered me in maybe a minute (I actually missed the PM the first time because I got up to go to the bathroom, I didn't expect such a quick reply, thank god they send you an e-mail if you weren't around when they got to your petition), and then I petitioned again to actually talk to someone, and he immediately responded and we joked about how I missed him the first time. He fixed the quest for me, and then completed a mission that was doomed to be bugged later along because of what happened, therefor saving me a petition.

He was amazing!
