The Grid Stability Index for the day was 3.23 (lower is better). Two major outages again today, leading to a grid shutdown at Midnight for a vendor-supplied update to third-party components of the asset-system.

Now into all the pot we have an issue with Copyright and Trademarks I have found. We are not allowed to use any logo of theirs (they who are not allowed to be named) with out express permission and there is now a whole long list of rules that makes domain names and postings an infringement on their rights. Websites with letters sl or words second and life in the domain names are in violation and must seek permission to use the hallowed letters and words.
What a bother. pfft.

Well, admittedly only in relation to virtual worlds, but yes -- there've been a lot of strong negative reactions to it all
