Female Chaos chosen? To me in that pic the one on the right is a Magus, the one in the middle is a dark elf sorcress. I don't see a female chaos chosen (or I could be blind :P)

Yeah, that's a Tier 4 Magus, not a Chosen. A Chosen wouldn't be half covered in robes. ;-)
Though with the changes made recently (ie, removal of the Black Guard), I hope that Chosen have a female option. As of right now, the tank archetypes for Destruction are all male-only. (Yes, I know Orcs are non-gendered but they're masculine.)
