It's a must-read for WoW players, especially those unfamiliar with the breadth of the changes occuring in the expansion. And for those who already know their stuff, there's some good commentary on the consequences of Blizzard's choices. It'll especially be useful to guild leaders who want to be prepared.
He had some particularly harsh words to say about the changes ("homogenization") to buffs in some classes. He argued that the changes will render some players' characters undesirable to raid leaders. But it's not all high-brow theoretical talk; there are bits about vehicles, siege warfare, and even the barber shop in there.

I got into the beta and it took me roughly 11 hours to remember why I can celled in the first place, redundancy.
If you spend 4 years sawing at a log with a red butter knife, and some one walks up and hands your a shiny new blue butter knife, its still the same ($%*@ log.

Tired of dancing to Blizzard's tune and the raid or die syndrome is old and dead. Arenas while fun at first quickly turned sour.
So long and thanks for all the fish, Blizzard. But please make sure to keep Tigole and Kalgan employed, I don't need them WoW-ing other games.

The arena makes me want to jump off a bridge, I've never seen so much of a spectacle made over showcasing "proper" gear and group setups over skill...and it's deplorable how much they reward that.
