One Shots: If you thought Fel Reavers were bad

Today we'd like to introduce you to the Northrend's bigger, badder version of the Fel Reaver, courtesy of this awesome screenshot sent in to us by Deadend, who is playing on the Northrend server in the Wrath of the Lich King beta. This great big fellow is called a Storm Giant, and you can generally find them stomping around in places like Howling Fjord. To give you a better frame of reference, WoWwiki states that if you were to put a Fel Reaver up next to a Storm Giant, the Fel Reaver would only come as high as the Storm Giant's chest. As you can imagine, this means you're likely to be toejam that much faster when you first jump into Wrath. Squish!

This is false - on beta the Storm Giant would come up to the Fel Reaver's chest and perhaps fall short.
I would put them as shorter, but they're definately denser - you can hear them coming a mile off and they're about as big as an Inn.

Keep in mind that hes got about a 40yard argo range and I had to pull back even farther to get him in the shot. it also depends on who is looking at them to compare size since mobs shrink as you out level them.

I saw one of these fellows stomping around the other day and followed him for a good five minutes. It was difficult to get a true sense of how big he was, since I didn't want to get close enough to aggro him.

These gigantic mobs are getting out of hand, soon people with low end systems are going to have the game crash when whatever replaces this bad boy comes stopping into view in the 3rd expansion.
