WoW's pre-Wrath patch goes live

This isn't just a few technical tweaks to prepare the way for the second expansion to the monster MMO that is World of Warcraft. The list of changes is extensive and though it doesn't include Death Knights, Northrend or Arthas, it does contain:

The new Inscription profession
New Arenas
The in-game Calendar feature
New Raid buff system
Barbershops
Stormwind Harbor
and of course, new Talents, Spells and Abilities too numerous to mention.
