Here at Massively, of course, we've been doing our own level best to keep you updated on a lot of these titles, be they AAA superhero games like Champions Online or DC Universe Online. We've talked fervently about Star Wars: The Old Republic, and given you the skinny on under-the-radar titles like Aion, FreeRealms, and Jumpgate Evolution. We've even walked away from our precious fantasy to talk about games like APB or The Agency. The Vault's list is a great one to run down - check it out to see what game you should be obsessing over today!

The big names are:
Star Trek Online
Stargate Worlds
Starwars The Old Republic
Lots of stars this year :)
Close runner ups are:
The Chronicles of Spellborn
Runes of Magic
DC Universe Online. (That pretty much let Champions behind like it does not have Batman :P)
Jumpgate Evolution (if it does not become Eve)
Darkfall Online

Whether Stargate sees the light of day is up in the air. The others at the top of your list may not be out this year. I think Star Wars Old Republic may be the MMO to finally pry my guildmates out of WoW, though. I'm looking forward to it.
Of those likely to come out this year, I'm planning to try Jumpgate Evolution and Aion. I may play Champions if it has something beyond arena pvp.

I really do love Star Wars but did not like the old MMO base on it. But I love the bioware games so far did play most of them and this will be a nobrain to pick up right away.
I hope stargate sees the light of day it will be a shame to loss all the work that they put in it.

Star Trek Online will not see the light of day in 2009, imho. SW:TOR will be the big gorilla this year.. let's hope it lives up to the IP. (or, as the case may be nowadays, restores the tarnished image of the IP..)

I've got my eyes on Jumpgate Evolution and Blizzards announcement. Everything else just doesn't jump out at me.

Yeah it's kind of funny that the only titles that I'm really interested in aren't even announced. GW2, Blizzards new MMO, and Red Studios. Seems as if everything else besides JGE is going to be the same old same old.
