I use Steam to launch my MMOs already, and for that matter, all my games. Doing so allows me to use Steam's IM, voice, and new web browser.

Nope steam is an awesome service. Shit, couple of weeks ago I got Unreal Tournement 3 there for TEN dollars. Their deals are incredible and it is a wonderful service.

I have absolutely no problem with steam. You might even say I like it. Some of the pop-ups bug me but I have the feeling that's user error and I could turn those off if I just took a second to figure it out :)

It's better than EA's DRM bullcrap.

I love Steam, they have great offers all the time on there, like this weekend they have Rainbow Six vegas 2 for $9.99. For them to put Sony games on their site is just a win-win situation for both teams. Plus, the customer gets some great deals on the games to boot.

Maybe Steam policies will force Sony to stop being idiots with their customer care policy. For a lengthy time it was possible to buy EQ2 expansions you already had on your account, and were provided with no refunds if you made this mistake. As a returning player looking to check out new things in EQ2, this soured my experience incredibly as they threw TOU immediately in my face, going straight for a defensive stance on their policies.
