WRUP: Of EVE and other things edition

- Brendan Drain: This weekend, I will be mostly sitting around feeling left out for not having seen the new Star Trek movie. I'll be working on the last piece of project work I have left for university and then getting stuck into revision for my final exam at the end of the month. Not much gaming time this weekend for me then but the end is in sight!
- Brooke Pilley: I'll be playing the home life sim called "Bathroom Renovation 1.0," sports sim "Beer League Softball," and perhaps a bit of EVE and WAR.
- Colin Brennan: This weekend is all about the WAGGGHHHHHH as I venture to Baltimore and meet with Mythic Entertainment. It's Games Workshop's Games Day, and Mythic will be at the show, showcasing the new mega-dungeon Lands of the Dead to the press. Of course I'm leaving time for crazy Warhammer model painting, as well as a healthy amount of hands on time with Games Workshop's new stuff as well.
- James Egan: Tuxedo, check. Hotel reservations, check. Jim Beam, flask, cigars, check. Phone numbers for attorney and bail bondsman, check. I'll be at my sister's wedding this weekend so there probably won't be much gaming for me. If I can sneak some in, it'll be a mix of EVE Online and a few rounds of spy tag in Team Fortress 2.
- Jon Shute: This weekend I'm mainly playing the little mentioned role in EVE Online of web admin as I move my corporation website host. If I'm really lucky that'll leave me a little time to actually log into EVE and blow some things up to relieve the pent up stress from doing that.
- Krystalle Voecks: Since I'm waiting to see the new, shiny spaceships in the theater until a time when my other half can go along, I'll be at home enjoying some Internet spaceships in EVE Online. I haven't seen my corp-mates in a while, so hopefully I'll get lucky and we'll be running some missions this weekend. Aside from that, I'm also planning to get some time in playing The Chronicles of Spellborn and researching/having fun in [a beta I can't tell you the name of due to NDA].
- Kyle Horner: I may see Star Trek a second time, just because. Also: super heroes. ;)
- Lemuel Pew: Having already got seeing Star Trek out of the way, I suspect a good ol' dose of City of Heroes, perhaps getting in a Task Force or two. Otherwise, I'm trying to convince my wife that I need to own Left 4 Dead to adequately protect our family from the impending zombie apocalypse. Maybe explore some of the rehashed adventure titles coming out for the iPhone, like Myst and Flashback.
- Lesley Smith: I'm also eager to see Star Trek as soon as possible and as many times as my budget will allow. However I'm also planning on visiting my newborn niece and if the weather holds maybe even a BBQ. Gameswise, it's Free Realms all the way!
- Tateru Nino: It's largely a Free Realms weekend this weekend wrapped around project work in Second Life. There's also a pair of betas. One's a bit shaky, but interesting. Another one just slipped an invitation under the metaphorical door, and I'm figuring out of the bandwidth caps this month will cover the download. Fingers crossed!
- Tim Dale: I shall totally not be playing Free Realms, totally not leveling up my Chef, totally not learning to Ninja and totally not roaming the wilds for sparkley clickies. At all. I can stop any time I like, you know.
- William Dobson: The Chronicles of Spellborn free trial has ended, and although I found the game alright, I don't have a burning desire to continue playing. This leaves me as somewhat of a free agent in terms of MMOs, but that usually doesn't last long. In the meantime it'll be more Fable II this weekend.

Eve, mostly, still assessing the carebear potential, lack thereof, or whether or not I'm willing to deviate from my carebear ways (not bloody likely), of that one.
Probably log into WoW to use my titansteel cooldowns -- don't ask me why, it just seems a shame not to even when I don't feel like doing much else there -- and to LoTRO to... Well, I guess to justify it taking up space on my D: drive.

Still hooked on LotRO here.
Spellborn is starting to look kind of cool, though.
