One Shots: Sleepy valley
Filed under: Fantasy, Screenshots, Lord of the Rings Online, One Shots
Just when you think Lord of the Rings Online couldn't get any more lovely, someone finds a stunning new view for us, showing off the excellent detail. This awesome cliff-top shot was sent in to us by Ayuriel, an Elven Rune-keeper on the Eldar (EU) server. We think this is a great image not only from a first time One Shots contributor, but also a new Lord of the Rings Online player! Here's the note we got: Hope you like my submission to One Shots. I just bought the game and I've fallen in love with it. [This is] a scenic view of lotro with DX10, ultra high and high texture. Thanks so much for sending it in!
If you've never sent in an image before, what are you waiting for? We love to hear from all of our readers with their own One Shots images. Just email us at oneshots AT massively DOT com along with your name, the name of the game, and a quick description. We'll post it out here for everyone to enjoy and give you the thumbs up for sending it in.

That's a shot from Duillond looking across the river at the Falathlorn Homesteads housing area in Ered Luin. It's quite lovely.

Always been impressed with this game; I still subscribe and play, off and on, but WoW takes up most of my gaming time.
I must admit, this game makes a great substituted for WoW, at least as far as levelling/questing/storyline goes, but once you hit that top level... well, there's not much to do except to do it all over again. At least WoW offers multiple interesting raids and some sort of PvP variety, at the top.
