Quite a bit to report in this week's Betawatch, which is always good for us! First, Aion and City of Heroes Issue 16 have left the list as Aion will be launching this Tuesday (no longer in any beta stage) and CoH's expansion released earlier this week. Dungeon Fighter Online has announced that its open beta will begin on September 22nd, while Alganon's release date has been announced for October 31st. Battleswarm is new to the list this week also, with the announcement of its closed beta starting (and we still have some keys for it!). With our hugely-popular Star Trek Online beta key giveaway, we get word that its closed beta will be starting soon, and you can sign up now. Earthrise also has been added to the alpha list, as its closed beta signups are up and ready. Finally, Mortal Online has seemingly entered an open beta phase on September 16th, with the download available to anyone. While we're not positive if the "open beta" terminology has been applied yet, please feel free to correct us in the comments if we're wrong. Like we needed to tell you that part.

Mortal Online's download has been available on the site since the start of closed beta , Its still not open but there may be a few more digital download pre orders one could buy.
Still closed beta for mortal.
Anyone can download it but ofc that wont do you no good without a account.

so i guess it could be open in the since anyone could pre order now and get instantly in beta but not open in that their is still a NDA for everything past the log in screen.
