This week, a few games have shifted on the list, including Earth Eternal's move to open beta, MAG's pre-order beta announcement and Soul of the Ultimate Nation's very short open beta for their "global version". Plus, and Galaxy Online and Karos Online have both announced their upcoming betas, and we say goodbye to Dragonica Online as it graduates from the list onto launch.

There's no solid way of signing up for the beta, yet. Articles and interviews just have suggestions on signing up to be a Square-Enix member, and to also sign up for the Newsletter, but that's it. No screening, system tests, codes, etc.
I imagine these are the reasons why the game doesn't appear on this list.
