No one bothered to ask that in the Massively post that specifically says that the questions would come from the responses there.
And what sort of response would you expect, other than "we're working on it"?

OK, granted, nobody asked the question. Ho hum.
But anyway, if someone had asked, I would expect a response like:
"Yes, sorry about that, we know it's a problem. We are working on it. As a token of our goodwill we will provide you with a free day's gaming for every day we roll back the servers, because we understand that a large part of any MMO's raison d'etre is about character progression, that ours is no diffetent, and that due to our daily rollbacks you're currently not able to progress, therefore it's not fit for purpose."
Or something.
Cue the comments on not understanding software/business/english/calculus/Einstein's theories...
Sigh.
