A mature horror based MMO set in the 1960's with a focus on serial killers and solving crime? Dream come true. Alas, the MMO industry is nowhere near mature enough for that and nor is the community either. If they tried to make that now they'd shoe-horn in pvp - your detectives from different states, that's reason enough to kill each other on the field! - and the serial killers would end up being demons or aliens with big boobs (especially if it's a free to play MMO.)
*sigh*
