I used to play this ages ago, but the game really took a lot of dedication (like it really was a second job that you had to do every day) - I wonder if that has been patched? :).

They actually significantly reduced the experience curve a while back, so I've heard.

It was patched but still expect to spend a lot of time leveling and, more importantly, working the economy to your favor.
I would try and go back maybe but I blew up a +12 B grade Greatsword before I left haha. >_< (legit, mind you)

Need more info on the account reactivations >< Don't see anything on the main L2 site about it but I'm dying to try out Epilogue.
What days? How long did the account have to be inactive? etc
:)

I heard this game was a major botfest. Is it still like that? Interested in checking it out but not if it's as overrun with bots as Aion.

Actually bots and Chinese farmers were the part which made me quit the game finally. But since less people play it now (I presume, really have no clue) then 5 years ago, I guess there are two possibilities ... either there are far less bots, cause no more adena rush, or there are only bots and farmers left :)
