Aika announced a closed beta (not date yet) and they have the sign ups available. Weird you missed that, Seraphina wrote an article on it the 4th.

I think DFO is out of Open Beta and is released, since the item shop is open (and about to hit its second cycle of content).

Grand Fantasia from Aeria Games is in Closed Beta now, went up 3 days ago if I remember correctly.

Allods has alot of promise if they can rework the leveling curve and add more quests. I gotta admit, even though I am a die-hard WoW player, Global Agenda looks mighty tasty!
