EVE video corner: "Future Proof"

Produced by Kale Ryoko, "Future Proof" tells the tale of a Caldari militia fleet on a combat mission for the state. Headed up by support commander Firefox of the Chimera "Overlord", the fleet must do all it takes to push through to their objective. Assisting with this twelve minute masterpiece is Veto corporation's Kyoko Sadako, the mastermind behind such incredible videos as "War Has Come" and "The Angel Cartel (Push Eject)". Made using some of EVE's art assets and the Unreal 3 Engine, Future Proof is a video that simply must be seen.

OMG was it just me or was that GUI like 1000x more readable than the one in game lol...and weren't those Bantams? Great vid....that girl should do voice acting :) Music was sweet too )

As someone who does not play eve, that was amazing i can only begin to imagen how hard it was to do that.
That should be the trailer for the game!
Think Eve Dev's should give a job to this guy.

i would like eve to be in this way... the UI is clear, you can pilot frigates and cruisers à la Freespace, the map is better....
CCP should give this guy a job but not for creating new videos but to rethink the gameplay :)

Yes this is true. The guy have much better understanding of Interface design then devs from CCP.
One major let down in EVE imho is the GUI. The GUI remembers me much more of a second world war u-boat than anything else.
CCP must reconsider EVE`s interface ASAP.
Hint to devs - stop being lazy and go read Jakob Nielsen books for god sake.
