I was given these old eyeglasses that were designed to show the Shadowed Men's spells and attacks. The glasses should show me any creatures or people that have been destabilized by the tempests.

I have been reading more of The Inimicus Codex, and it referred to another collection of scrolls, -one that I did have. In it I found a very potent potion. It may be the very thing we require. It does not counter the Void tempests themselves, as I have already had others attempt to use it against them. But it should reverse its effects upon Norrathian creatures, trapped within them.
