A new feature with the recent patch is the introduction of massive interregional stargates. These stargates had always been there but graphically appeared the same as normal stargates that send pilots a much shorter distance.

To give a clearer sense of scale and show the distance travelled with the jump, these new stargates are collossal in size. That tiny speck in between the two halves of the gate is a Tristan frigate.

Every race has their own new stargate models, all equally impressive. This particular gate is Gallente.
