The Caldari navy have stationed a titan over Luminaire VII. Once the Caldari homeworld, Luminaire VII was conquered by the Gallente federation during the great Gallente-Caldari war in EVE's backstory. With the renewed fighting that came with the release of the Empyrean Age expansion, the Caldari launched a full scale invasion of the planet.

The titan is targettable but seems to resist 99% of the damage thrown at it. About once an hour, a Caldari navy NPC fleet spawns around the titan. Destroying these tough ships yields officer tags worth more than can usually be obtained in high security space.

In the background, Caldari engineers are constructing a space station and establishing a permanant presence on Luminaire VII.
