Coming up to the Wrath of the Lich King expansion for Blizzard's World of Warcraft, a massive zombie apocalypse was taking place as the first stage of a series of world-events celebrating both Halloween and the new expansion pack. Infected characters were being turned into zombies that are then free to turn on everyone else. Some were viewing it as an awesome treat, and others as an imposition and a catastrophe.
