Upon entering the room directly behind Orion, you'll see eight NPCs standing around. This includes a snowman and a chicken. Yeah, don't ask. Each of these NPCs will grant you full reputation with the eight areas of Middle-earth (so far). Don't forget to talk to each NPC multiple times to reach the full reputation amount.
