Since the weapon into which I want to place heraldries has a maximum of ten heraldry slots. and this one starts at thirteen, I increase the risk slightly to 29% chance of failure in order to decrease the slots it requires from thirteen to ten. This balancing of risk and stats is at the heart of Mythos crafting.
