Massively

This is a hard service to view objectively, because (as noted by several commenters on Massively just moments after the announcement) it's kind of obvious this is a trial-run of technology for Free Realms. That said, here are some comments from this blogger's point of view:

- Making it more obvious what players are purchasing is a must. There's no way to view non-combat pets at all via the system, and seeing a full set of armor on your character is tedious to work through. There should be a simple 'see product' button.
- $10 for a set of totally appearance-based equipment seems like a steep price.
- On the flip-side, the potion prices are downright reasonable; likely they expect those to move a lot and thus have adjusted the prices accordingly.

It will be interesting to see how much 'old' content the company puts into this service. Will we see holiday items from past events? Past live event goodies? We'll keep you updated as the service changes on Massively.com.
