CONCORD, or Consolidated Cooperation and Relations Command, is a peacekeeping organization, with substantial military strength, financial backing, and advanced rapid-response technology. CONCORD ensures that even wayward capsuleers can be stopped from breaking the law or otherwise endangering New Eden's citizens in high security space.

Each of the five races of New Eden is involved with the inner workings of CONCORD, which has evolved into a powerful entity in its own right.
