Witch Hunters are one of the few classes with which Mythic had the luxury of taking liberties. They don't actually appear in the tabletop game beyond the occasional off-hand rumor, but they do exist in the rich background lore, and are better established by a series of three novels. Despite their unique look with wide-brimmed hats, one-handed blade, and pistols, Witch Hunters are actually Knights in the Order of Sigmar, and act as sort of independent agents of the Empire. Their task is to weed out Chaos and corruption at all levels of Empire society, often resorting to the use of force.
