Of the Beastmen hordes, the Bestigors are far and away the most organized and disciplined. In addition to being physically superior specimens to the lowly Ungors, the Bestigors are possessed of enough wit to know that forming efficient ranks and infantry blocks is the best way to bring destruction on their hated enemies. They're the elite core forces of the Beastmen armies, and are a formidable foe for any enemy. Bestigors granted the mark of Nurgle are known as Pestigors, and they are even more terrible than normal Bestigors. Their bodies are covered in sores and are often horribly mutated, even by Beastmen standards. Supposing that you're actually able to kill a Pestigor, it's likely that you won't live to celebrate the victory before you die of some terrible disease.
